AVOID BACK INJURY
1. Think a bit
2. Do you need a mate
3. Bend your knees
4. Keep it straight

TIPS FOR PREGNANCY
1. Regular exercise is essential
2. Stretching & pelvic tilt exercises
3. Be aware of your posture
4. Don't stand for long periods of time
5. Wear low heeled shoes & ones that have good arch support
6. Sleep on your left side with your knees & hips bent
7. Place a pillow between your knees and one under your belly

TIPS FOR BABY BOOMERS
1. A diet rich in calcium
2. Impact bearing exercises for all children and adults: eg. walking, running, tennis
3. Quit smoking it decreases bone density
4. When lifting be aware of your limitations
